"Nuclear Advocacy through Grassroots Education"
This is an Open Invitation Letter to all Engaged Public, Stakeholders,
Political candidates, & elected representatives.
By signing this letter, you support our mission of Nuclear Advocacy through Grassroots Education.
Our mission is inclusive of advanced nuclear technology, SMRs (Small Modular Reactors) MSRs (Molten Salt Reactors), educating the grassroots public about the science and engineering behind the Yucca Mountain Application Review Process at the Department of Energy and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Each of these research programs are necessary for the Rebranding of Nuclear Technology.
"Although I am uncommitted on Yucca Mountain as a nuclear storage facility,
I believe that the Yucca Mountain Application Review Process should be completed".
9 of Nevada's 17 Counties have signed resolutions supporting completion of the Yucca Mountain Application Review Process by the DOE. We believe that Yucca is getting to a turning point to the positive with the grassroots public. Washington "Political strategists" will continue to spread fear of the political machine. When are we going to exercise intestinal fortitude and VOICE a pro-Yucca stance with personal integrity and corporate unity? We must engage.
? A Yucca Mountain build would be a 97 billion dollar project for America.
? A Yucca build would affect employment in national companies and Nevada including its substantial Hispanic community.
? Nevada politics have been an obstruction to Congressional law and Nevada's own economy.
? More than half of Nevada Counties have partitioned for completion of the Yucca Application Review Process. This would suggest that the will of the people is NOT represented by the state’s political opposition.

We have signed statements by many of the stakeholders listed below
This request has been sent to many stakeholders and ALL of the Nevada Assembly
members and all Washoe County Commissioners MOST resulting in, NO REPLY.
There is no longer any point for the public to communicate in a dialogue of what is wrong with Yucca opposition politics. In spite of the statement, “junk science" media buzz, “junk politics” continues its unfounded opposition to the most analyzed and over-analyzed rock on the planet. |
