Dear Business Friends:

The US Nuclear Energy Foundation is producing the Yucca Educational Symposium (YES). The Yucca Mountain nuclear repository has been misrepresented for years to the public and Nevada’s casino industry. We attribute this factor to bias political and media stories about the facility rather than factual non-biased engineering & scientific based education delivered to the public and your industry.

We have eminently qualified participants at the “YES” event. The program speakers include, Congressman Mark Amodei, Jack Spencer, Director, Thomas A. Roe Institute, Heritage Foundation, Robert F. Edmonds, Jr., Director, Business Development for AREVA Federal Services, Bruce Marlow, Vice President, AREVA, Dr. Nicholas Tsoulfanidis, editor, Nuclear Technology Magazine,  Dr. Dennis Moltz,  Nye County Commissioner Dan Schinhofen, Gary Hollis, Nye County and USNEF director Gary Duarte as , Moderator. The symposium will begin with a video welcome by Senator Jim DeMint, Heritage Foundation President and opening remarks by Congressman Amodei.

We sincerely invite you, or a representative of your business to attend this educational symposium. Included is an outline of the topics that will be addressed (Symposium Page). Sessions will allow for Questions & Answers and the afternoon full panel will also have Q&A. Seven of Nevada’s 17 counties support the completion of the NRC Yucca Mountain Application License. A 37 billion dollar infusion into Nevada’s business economy would provide dividends to EVERY Nevada business. 4,000 scientists & engineers will advance Nevada’s deficient education system. You may have been lead to believe that the Yucca Nuclear Repository will reduce tourist visits to Las Vegas? Not true, at AREVA's storage facility in France, they receive 250 requests annually, for group visitations. Yucca will produce increased visits to all of Nevada and growth for Nevada’s entire business community.

It is a travesty that the state bureaucracy will not recognize the importance of this Nevada resource for the American public. The symposium will give YOU the opportunity to receive a non- partisan, non- political understanding of the Yucca Mountain facility.

We hope you will support & attend this informational event.

The Symposium will be held Sunday, November 24, 2013 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at the
Atlantis Casino Resort Spa 3800 S. Virginia Street Reno, NV 89502
