Stakeholders, Candidates and Legislators
Regardless of your political positioning we are advancing an educational
initiative concerning the Yucca Mountain Repository Application Study.
The scientific study of this facility as deemed by Congressional Law was
conducted by the DOE and NRC for many years and upheld once again in
2013 by the
U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
It is our position that education of Nevada citizens, its government stakeholders and candidates should be obligated to understand this nationally important “issue” as a scientific analysis and NOT political positioning. The Open Letter PDF link above simply explains our educational mission asking for your signature for
“COMPLETION” of the Yucca Application Study. We will post the participation results to our Yucca Educational Symposium website, Yucca Application Completion campaign.
